Evedals Camping Växjö

Located in the heart of Småland, this fantastic campsite is just as well suited for those who want to have a pulse as well as their own time on vacation. In short, Evedals Camping is a great place to spend your free time.

There are over 130 camping pitches in the area suitable for motorhomes, caravans or tents. Depending on your party and your mood, you can book sites with a lake view, near the playground or right by the service building. There are plenty of electric pitches wherever you choose to stand.

If you prefer to stay in a cottage, you can book one of the 16 cottages here. The cottages are available for 2, 3 or 4 people depending on how many you are. The couple's cottage for 2 people has a kitchenette with crockery, coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator. The cabins for 3 or 4 people have the same facilities as the twin cabins, but the self-catering cabins are fully equipped with kitchen, WC/shower and satellite TV. The beds in the cottages are produced by a local Småland producer with high quality, which guarantees you a good sleep during your stay. Blankets and pillows are available in the cottages.

If you want to rent sheets and towels, they are available at the reception. Your pets are allowed in the cottages.

In the service house and common areas there are toilets, showers, washing machines, baby changing rooms and a dishwasher. When you check in, you get a card that is loaded with x number of kronor that you can use for the showers. Settlement then takes place at check-out.

In the common areas there is access to a kitchen with kitchen equipment and a meeting room.

Evedals Camping is a year-round campsite with different activities and attractions depending on the time of year you visit. Here you can rent boats, canoes, rowing boats and pedal boats if you want to get out on the lake and explore the area. You can also try your hand at soccer, billiards, tennis or adventure and bingo golf. Whatever you want to do during the day, there's plenty to try.

Fishing is another popular activity. Equipment can be borrowed from the reception if you have it with you.

If you want to explore the area a little and look around, you have a good starting point from here. There are many appreciated excursion destinations nearby, depending on what attracts you. In addition to the proximity to Växjö with all the restaurants, bars, cafes and shopping, you can also visit Kosta Glasbruk, Grand Samarkand, the Linnaeus Garden at the cathedral or why not the Kronoberg castle ruins?

If you would rather just enjoy the peace and quiet and relax by the beach, you can of course do so. The campsite has a fully licensed restaurant and kiosk and serves breakfast every day during the high season. So you don't have to lift a finger if you don't want to and are taken care of by the experienced staff.

The relaxation area with sauna and jacuzzi is rented by the hour and can be booked at the reception if you want maximum relaxation for body and soul. The relaxation area is for up to 5 people.

The campsite is open all year round. During the high season from mid-June to mid-August, the reception is open between 08:00 - 21:00 with full service in the area.

Wireless internet is available throughout the site and can be used by guests. Pets are also welcome.
