Horns Skärgårdscamping

Horns Skärgårdscamping is an enchanting campsite located in Södermanland, at Örsbaken, only 13 kilometers from central Nyköping and with direct proximity to the archipelago, forests and fields. Here you can experience the genuine archipelago life while having all the benefits that Nyköping has to offer within easy reach.

We offer various accommodation options, including cabins, tent sites and camping sites with electricity. Our cottages have varying equipment. All cottages are very functional and are kept in excellent condition. Each of them has a location near the sea, a sun deck with outdoor furniture, barbecue, refrigerator, hotplates, full kitchen equipment and access to both cold and hot fresh water (note that this does not apply to Kajutan when it comes to water).

Within the camping area is our newly renovated service house with shower and toilet. The campsite, located in Södermanland at Örsbaken, offers a peaceful location only 13 kilometers from central Nyköping and direct access to the archipelago, forests and fields.

We provide various accommodation options, including five functional cottages with varying equipment and a total of 16 beds. The cabins have a seaside location, sun deck with outdoor furniture, barbecue, refrigerator, hotplates and complete kitchen equipment, as well as cold and hot fresh water (except for Kajutan for the water). Tent sites and camping plots with electricity are also available.

Within the campsite, we have recently upgraded our service house, which includes amenities such as showers and toilets. The campsite is directly connected to the sea and has a marina. For those who want a boating experience, we offer rental of a 5 meter open boat with motor, perfect for fishing trips or day trips to the archipelago.

On the jetty, a swimming ladder has recently been installed, making it easy to enjoy a refreshing dip in the sea. Outside the campsite, there are fantastic archipelago surroundings with various nature reserves and opportunities for both sea and lake fishing.

For nature lovers and hiking enthusiasts, there are 100 miles of hiking trails in Sörmlandsleden, with various hiking destinations such as Arnhalvön, Fjällmossen, Vansjön and Bergturen Simonberget runt. Cycling trails stretch for miles and miles, and the Näckrosleden, 70 miles long with 14 stages, takes you around Sörmland and past many attractions.

For families on a camping vacation, Öster Malma Wildlife Park is a popular destination where you can see Swedish wildlife such as elk and red deer. Close to Nyköping, you have easy access to the city's history walks and the Sörmland Museum, which in 2020 won the award for Sweden's best museum.
