Melderstein Herrgård

Melderstein Herrgård is located in an old mill environment with a beautiful scenic atmosphere.

It offers modern facilities for a successful and comfortable stay. The on-site restaurant can accommodate up to 100 guests.

Together with Campcation, Melderstein Herrgård offers a number of pitches for both caravans and motorhomes.

There is of course access to electricity and access to the fine guest kitchen. In the sauna you will also find access to showers and toilets.

The sauna in question can be booked on site to get a dignified end to your day. The guest kitchen available at the mansion gives you the opportunity to cook your own food if you wish.

In the same place you will also find the relaxation area, which is also an appreciated oasis at the facility. Here you will find a cozy sofa group that invites you to long conversations, coffee moments and your own time.

The mansion is beautifully located in an undisturbed place along the 760, about 12 km from Råneå and the E4 and only 50 km from Luleå, Kalix and Boden.

At the manor you will find conference facilities, a sauna and a chapel with room for over 100 guests. The restaurant at the facility is mainly open during the month of July, other times this can be done by advance booking.

The environment where Melderstein Herrgård is located is wonderful to stay in regardless of the time of year you intend to make a visit. Here you will find the forest, the river, beautiful views, mountain peaks and a peaceful silence. A place to enjoy simply!

In addition to the classic winter activities such as northern lights tours, snowmobile tours, dog sledding and snowshoeing, we find in the neighborhood and at the mansion, a number of summer activities.

Rent a kayak and paddle around quietly on the lake. Kayaking is a perfect way to get close to both wildlife and nature, enjoy the fresh air and the sounds of animals and wind.

Hiking is another nature-oriented way to go in the surrounding area, with lovely forest roads and small mountain peaks to explore around the manor.

Only 12 km from Melderstein Herrgård you will find the cozy and pleasant community of Råneå. The community is nicely situated right next to the magnificent Råneälven river that divides the village in two. Råneå is close to both sea and forest, here you will find picturesque environments such as at Kängsö boat harbor and Råneå's church cottages.

The Råneälven river that divides the village is considered one of Sweden's finest and best fishing waters for everything from pike, trout, perch, grayling and crayfish. Along Råneälven you will find several rest areas, camps and rest houses that can be used.

In addition to this, you will also find the larger communities of Boden, Kalix and Luleå where restaurants, shopping and most activities you can imagine. Why not take some scattered day trips and experience all three!

After your visits, you are always welcome to end the day in the oasis located on and near the mansion.

The pitches are only available in summer from Sunday to Thursday!
