Skeppsdockan Camping & Vandrarhem is located on the Göta Canal in Söderköping. Here you live about 1 kilometer from central Söderköping while enjoying beautiful nature experiences. Look out over the canal boats on Sweden's blue ribbon and breathe in the power and tranquility of nature.

The camping area has 102 camping pitches for motorhomes and caravans, as well as 1 cabin. The hostel has a total of 7 rooms. The campsite also offers tents for those who want to be one with nature.

At Skeppsdockan Camping & Vandrarhem you have access to free showers and toilets. There is also latrine emptying for fixed tanks.

The reception has ice cream, drinks and sweets for sale. During the summer months (1/6 - 23/8) it is also possible to buy tickets for the breakfast service at Café Korskullen. The café is located about 1.5 kilometers from Skeppsdockan and serves breakfast every morning. At the reception you can also rent bicycles to discover the surrounding area.

Skeppsdockan Camping & Vandrarhem consists of carefully renovated canal buildings that today serve as sanitary facilities, reception and the hostel.

At Skeppsdockan Camping & Vandrarhem you can enjoy the Swedish summer at its best. The campsite is located in the countryside in Söderköping, with all attractions and activities within easy reach.

In the immediate vicinity are the Göta Canal and Strömparken, and about 1 kilometer west of Skeppsdockan you have central Söderköping. Here you can experience the hustle and bustle of the canal port or stroll along the old town's cozy streets and alleys and take a trip back in time.

Söderköping has plenty of markets, events and cozy outdoor cafes that are definitely worth a visit when you're looking for something cool to quench your thirst. If you visit the campsite in September, be sure to check out the medieval feast that takes place in the town. When it comes to cultural must-sees, the Norrköping Art Museum and Arbetets Museum are at the top of the list.

If you're up for more adventure, Kolmården Zoo, Stegeborg Castle ruins and the St. Anna archipelago are all within easy reach of Skeppsdockans Camping & Vandrarhem. Many also choose to start from Söderköping when planning a visit to Vimmerby and Astrid Lindgren's world.

Norrköping is 15 kilometers from the campsite and has several good bus connections for those who want to look further afield. 50 kilometers away you will find Linköping and it is about 30 kilometers to S:t Anna Skärgård.

Skeppsdockan Camping & Vandrarhem is a seasonal campsite and is open from 2021-04-30 until 2021-09-19.

At Skeppsdockan Camping & Vandrarhem you can rent bikes and go on an adventure. Cycle along the old towpaths next to the Göta Canal and set your sights on the Mem. Mem is the first Göta Canal lock on the Baltic Sea and is located about 6 kilometres from the campsite, where the Göta Canal was once opened. All bikes are of good quality and are equipped with foot brakes and at least 3 gears.
